We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC177195. Our office line, 01792 223100, is shared with related businesses at the same office. For calls about Reley Fast Software, we are responsible for your information.
What we collect. What you type in the enquiry form. If you phone 01792 223100, your name and your number. Calls are answered by an automated assistant, which writes a transcript and summary. No audio is kept. Basic technical data, such as your IP address, in our server logs. You do not have to give us any information, but we cannot reply without your contact details.
Why. To reply to your enquiry or call, as a step you have asked us to take or because we have a legitimate interest in answering you, and to run the site safely, which is also a legitimate interest.
Who sees it. The companies that provide our email and phone system, and the company that supplies the site's typefaces, which receives your IP address. A call about one of the other businesses on our office line is passed to that business. We never sell your information.
Outside the UK. Some of those providers may handle your information outside the UK, protected by the safeguards UK law requires.
How long. Only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and keep our business records, normally no more than 6 years. Server logs are deleted within days.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Contact us through the enquiry form or by post to the address above, and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
