Services & prices

Our services and prices. Only what you can buy today has a price.

Everything still being built is listed further down, with no price against it, because it is not for sale yet. That is the whole page in one sentence.

01 Software development

Software built for your business, under a written contract.

Web applications, mobile apps for iOS and Android, APIs and back-end services, AI features inside a product, payments, generated reports and PDFs, and integrations with public data sources.

We take a project from a written specification through to a running service, and we can keep it running afterwards. We are equally happy joining a team that already exists and picking up a piece of it.

Fixed-scope project

Quoted per project

Priced against a written scope, before any work starts. No open-ended hourly billing and no scope creep by invoice.

Day rate

Quoted per engagement

For shorter pieces of work, and for joining a team that already exists and picking up a piece of it.

Support and hosting

Quoted monthly

Keeping something we built running, patched and monitored after it has launched. Quoted against what it actually takes to run.

Why there is no rate card here

Because a number on a page that we would have to renegotiate on the first call is not a price, it is an advert. Development work is quoted against your scope. A first conversation and an outline scope cost nothing. Tell us what you are trying to build, and you will get a figure in writing before anything starts.

02 Capability

What we can build for you, with working code to show you.

Not a capability described from a brochure. If you want to see the working code behind a particular one before you commit to anything, ask and we will show you.

03 RFPG

RFPG prices.

RFPG (Reley Fast Property Guru) is our own product. You walk a property with an ordinary smartphone and it produces a report: findings room by room, an itemised refurbishment cost estimate, and an estimated value range.

These are the prices on rfpg.ai. RFPG is bought through the app, not through this site.

In pilot

The self-service walkthrough is not yet reliable on every handset, so a walkthrough is currently done with one of us on a call while we finish that part. It is a hands-on service today, not a finished self-service app.

Every figure in a report is an estimate. There is no laser and no depth scanner in a phone; room sizes are worked out from the video. A report is not a survey, not a RICS valuation, and not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

Reley Fast Software Ltd is not VAT registered, so there is no VAT line. The price shown is the price you pay.

04 Being built

Features still being built, and not for sale yet.

These are real pieces of work in progress. None of them is finished, none has a price, and none can be bought. They are listed so you know where the product is going, not so you can plan around them.

In development

Floor plan

Drawing a plan of the property from the walkthrough. It works on one house we have a professional survey to check it against. It does not yet work well enough on a property we have never seen, which is the only version that would be worth selling.

In development

Image tidy-up

Cleaning and tidying a room in a photograph. There is a free demo at rfpg.ai/tidy. It is a demo, not a product: it sometimes changes more than it was asked to, so nothing it produces should ever be used as evidence of a property’s condition or of work that has been done.

In development

Staged room images

Showing a room furnished and styled. Not reliable yet: it has invented features that were not in the room, which is exactly what has to stop before this can be sold.

In development

Works visualisation

Showing what a room would look like after the work in the estimate has been done.

In development

Trades quoting

Turning the estimate into something a tradesperson can quote against.

In development

Deal sourcing marketplace

A marketplace for packaged property deals. It has no deals on it and is not open.

If something you expected to see is not on this page

It is because we could not show it works well enough to charge for yet. Ask us and we will tell you honestly where it has got to.
